Terms of Service

Last updated: TODO: insert date before publishing. These Terms govern your use of the Field to Quote web dashboard and mobile apps, operated by One Store Labs.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Field to Quote (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • The Service is intended for business use by adults. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Use of the service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to access and use Field to Quote for your internal business purposes.

  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except where permitted by law.
  • You may not use the Service to store or process data that is illegal, infringes third‑party rights, or violates applicable regulations.
  • You may not use the Service in a way that could harm or interfere with our systems, other users, or third parties.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals

Field to Quote may be offered as a paid subscription, with or without a free trial, sold via the web and/or through in‑app purchases on app stores.

  • Web subscriptions. If you subscribe via the web, your payments may be processed by a third‑party payment provider (for example, Stripe or Lemon Squeezy). Your subscription will typically renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • In‑app purchases. If you subscribe via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by the respective store under their terms and policies.
  • Cancellations. You can cancel a web subscription through the account or billing management pages or as instructed by your payment provider. In‑app subscriptions must be cancelled through your Google Play or App Store account settings.
  • Refunds. Refund eligibility for web subscriptions, if offered, will be described in your billing provider's terms. Refunds for in‑app purchases are governed by Google Play and Apple policies.

TODO: customise this section to match your actual pricing, billing provider(s), and refund practices, and ensure consistency with your app store configurations.

5. Data and content you provide

You retain all rights to the job data, photos, audio, and content you provide to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process any content using the Service.
  • Do not upload sensitive personal data, health information, or any data that is subject to special regulatory protections unless you have confirmed the Service is appropriate for that use.

6. Third‑party services and app stores

Field to Quote may integrate with or depend on third‑party services, including payment providers and app stores. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

When you install or use the mobile apps distributed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you must also comply with the applicable app store terms and any platform‑specific guidelines.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
